Sorry, but I also meant to comment on Dr. Pipes' comment that Bibi's speech... "...fails on the critical point of prematurely accepting a Palestinian state."

That is no small failure, either, because now said, it will be all the harder to retract later. There is no reason to have an Arab terror state carved out of the heart of Israel's Biblical Heartland, and giving it an air of legitimacy is a major mistake.

After all, as they themselves admit... The PLO charter specifically renounces any claim on Gaza, and the "West Bank,"...

So what now is so "necessary" for peace, can be seen as just an ad hoc condition, demanded only because it will cause Israel enormous damage. Netanyahu knows this, so his "support" for a PLO state "in theory" is something that never should have been said.
