Like Obama's speech in Cairo, Netanyahu's speech is just more rhetoric and posturing. Why do we lend any credence to what polticians have to say? PC is everything to a politician.

I'm sure Netanyahu knows the following will never happen:

"a fundamental prerequisite for ending the conflict is a public, binding and unequivocal Palestinian recognition of Israel as the nation state of the Jewish people."
