To aussie re advice

Aussie i am all too aware that advice can be ignored and you can't win them all. I'm a realist. I'm one of those who ignored words of warning before the marriage. The problem was that the warning wasn't detailed and consisted of a few words " he might just want a visa". If i had known all the little details of how the scam works and what the red flags are, I might have paid more attention rather than waving off the warning by saying He's not like that, he's genuine. And so that's when i decided to help give more information to women on how the game is played so that they can't easily dismiss the warning.

I also know that because i was so smitten with him and so desperate for love that i would probably have ignored posters like myself with a truckload of information and examples.
