Religious warsReader comment on item: A History of Muslim Terrorism against Jews in the United States Submitted by Janusz Kowalik (United States), May 23, 2009 at 01:01 Religion has been certrainly one of the most common reasons for people to fight because it divides rather that unites people. There are many examples of wars fought for religious reasons.Old Testament contains descriptions of several mass murders in the name of god or by god. .More recently the September 11,2001 is a perfect example of fanatical religious criminals who strongly believed in their religious cause. Stalin and Hitler were not known for their rational thinking. Similarly to religious believers they cherished false ideologies and committed murders following their irrational ideas. If all religions diappear from the face of the planet there would be one less reason to kill infidels. The only basis for peace and safe life is thru using human rationality and common sense not iamginary religious principles invented by barbarians several thousand years ago. People that want to find all prescriptions for moral life in the bible instead in their mind will always be disappointed by seeing religious criminals pleasing their gods by murder.
