Thank-you for the historical review. I found it very helpful and informing. Also, as you pointed out in your last article in MEQ the Whahabbi movement is not the only version of Islamist extremism and hatred. The country which today poses the greatest threat to Israel and the United States is Iran and is ruled, as you also pointed out, by a Shia version of hatred and extremism. If only the Shia and Sunni hatemongers could, quite literally, cancel each other out, there would be a time of great glory and grandeur for Islam. John McGinley
