MISLEADING NOMENCLATURE

AT BEST (WHAT IS ENDLESSLY SPOKEN OF) AS A TWO STATE SOLUTION IS MERELY A TWO STATE PROPOSAL-

A SOLUTION MEANS AN ANSWER TO A PROBLEM--

THIS IDEA WILL ONLY MAKE THE PROBLEM WORSE NOT SOLVE IT-LETS GET THE NAME RIGHT-IF ITS CALLED A SOLUTION ITS OBVIOUS THAT ANY RIGHT THINKING PERSON WHO WANTS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM WILL EMBRACE AND COMPLY WITH THE SOLUTION-THOSE WHO DONT ARE BEING OBSTRUCTIVE-
