I disagree with the Bush Cheney assessment by you.

I agree with the bulk of your facts. I am not sure how far Bush & Cheney were in 2003 with the Invasion of Iraq.
Saddam was a WMD.
Osama had help from both Iraq & Iran for his terrorist activities. Help was provided by others as well. The 'axis of evil' comment was correct. Which one stood to do us the most damage is up for discussion.
As I understand things, Clinton said, "Do not follow leads toward Saddam", after the 1993 WTC attack.
Radical Islam does not represent a country, so they must be fought and killed where they are found. We were doing fine in Iraq until Bush went limp. Iraq was as good as any other place. Now that al Qaeda is pretty much done in Iraq, they are going to Afghanistan.
Saddam should have been taken out during the 1st Gulf War. Do it right the first time. I know he was left in control to counter balance the Mad Mullos of Iran.
I view the whole fight against Radical Islam as being one war. In World War II we fought Nazi Germany, Facist Italy, and Imperial Japan. That was one war on several fronts, not 3 separate wars. We fought the German Nazis & Italian Fascists in Africa, they had no nations on the side of the Axis, but that is where they were.
I believe this is a war we (the West) must win if we are to survive as nations & cultures. Bush didn't start this war. Robert Kennedy was the first American killed by a Palestinian lunatic. This was 1968. Many more Americans were killed by Islamic terrorists by 9-11. Bush allowed us to fight back.
The war is driven by the Koran that says there will be no peace in the world until Islam is dominant. This is the same war began by Mohammad in 632 when he sent the Islamic armies out to slay the infidel & conquer his lands. This is a war of many battles and many truces, but never any peace treaties. That is because peace treaties with the infidel are also against the Koran.
I have several books that I have read and I will list them if you like. I spare no one. I don't pick & chose by political party before I criticize or don't criticize. Put 'Books' in the Title of Comments so I can find it easier.
