Where is the PA state?

Dear Prof Eidelberg

Nowhere do Netanyahu or Lieberman say where this Palestinian State they are bound to uphold is to be situated.
If the hearland jewish towns and villages keep up their present rate of growth, and Jerusalem keeps sprouting offshoots as it does in Har-Homa and Cochav-Ya'akov, then this putative Palestinian state can only be situated where it is already: East of the Jordan river.
