The Zionist movement was regarded in the West as representing underdog (Jews were the target of persecution) HOWEVER nowadays Palestinians are regarded in the West as representing underdogs ( e.g displaced Palestinians ). WHY ? The depiction of a conflit in the mass media , especially on TV, INFLUENCES who would be seen as the "underdog" . And the "underdog" is the "favourite". But who is the REAL underdog ? Israel or the Palestinians ? Nazi genocide has been easily forgotten !!
