A strange view of progress you have

You say the West has travelled so far in less than a century and therefore raise the question that muslims might do the same. I was staggered to read you make such a comment.

You really see where the West was then as seen in this newspaper report to where the West is now as progress???!!!

Do you really equate the "self-conscious Christian World" as you put it of then with where Jihadi muslims are now? ...

I think it progress not to think in terms of wars between religions. If Muslims also abandoned this mentality, you would agree with me. That they have not makes you wish Christians were back to where they were a century ago.
