I cannot see the treesReader comment on item: America's Desultory Religious Reporting Submitted by jonathan williams (United States), Mar 31, 2009 at 11:58 Many years ago, IQ testing was heralded as a true benchmark of the marked quality of man's excellence . In fact nearly every institute of "higher learning" propounds this to be an Axiom, a tent stake of their self importance. Thus, reporters who specialize in religion, read material via seminaries, read what church history bespeaks through the silent corridors of time: all filtered through their self-important IQ, after all they have a master's degree, now deem themselves ready to conquer the stupid masses. Comments are screened and in some cases edited before posting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
