Even if the money never arrives, it should shake any moral person's soul that any nation or group, allegedly supporting peace in the Middle East, would even considering financing in any way the PLO Hamas terrorist group while they are still launching unprovoked attacks on Israeli civilians.

The terrorists are probably laughing themselves sick over this one.
