But it seems like your information about Muslims is limited, at least as far as their habitat is concerned. I get that from your expression 'God forsaken desert'. For your information, Muslims come from all around the globe, from all the continents of the world. 4 out of 5 Muslims are not Arabs, only one out of 5 is an Arab. The largest concentration of Muslims are in the islands that comprise modern day Indonesia. As a country, they are the most populous Muslim majority country. And if you know about these islands (Java, Sumatra, Borneo, and numerous others), for the most part these are lush green country.
