Hilary Clinton's chameleon personality

It seems the joke is on the Democrats---there is no surprise about Hilary Clinton's change of heart over the Israeli-Palestinian debate. She is just revealing her true colours, in that she is a politician thoroughly schooled in the art of being carried along with whichever way the wind blows, paraphrasing yet another line from "Casablanca." Only in that film, it was the Vichy government that was alluded to; this time it's just a case of going along with the growing popular opinion that Israel is to blame for the latest round of conflict.

Mrs. Clinton is a powerful woman in a powerful position, but her capricious attitudes do not bode well for her relationship with Jewish leaders. Granted, she is very intelligent and crafty, two characteristics that define and sustain the relationship between her and Bill---the Ahab and Jezebel of politics.
