What is the answer why muslim world still impoverished even though there is huge money flowing into the region?

I guess, because the religion cult frame their mind to be a NON INNOVATIVE PEOPLE. Means, with their money, they only can BUY everything with money, but never PRODUCE something like tehchnology in many other fields (technology).

There is no strong innovation to invent something. In the West or other Asian countries like Japan or Korea, there are always an open mind people who eager to have adventure world to invent something. While in muslim world, their mind is occupied only by religion, then forgot about th eneed of human being needs during the life existent in this earth.
