A secular dictator sympathetic to the U.S.A is the best way out of this situation.

The Iraqi populace does not understand or want democracy. History and the present time reveal that Arab people are led by a royal family/tribe, dictator, or single political party.

If not for the invasion of Kuwait and his support of freedom fighters/terrorists in the Middle East, Saddam would be the model for this position. Remember, we supported Saddam in the early eighties.
