Iraqis expatriates feel the same way

This article shows deep understanding of the psyche of the Iraqis.

I know an expatriate Christian Iraqi, who has lived in the US for about 25 years, and who has relatives back home.
He told me some time ago that one day Saddam himself will rule the country, if not in person then by proxy. and that some strong man will take up power, otherwise the only other solution would be dividing Iraq into three pieces or three zones.

I would like to read more on this subject from Dr. Pipes.
