Yes, technically, any "infidel" can live in a Muslim/Palestinian state, however...the law of Sharia would make all of those non-Muslims second class citizens. There would be no democracy as we know it; the Koran does not allow it. This is called Dhimmitude. All would live under the theocratic rules of Islam, with no recourse. This is not a prescription for peace, as Mr. Pipes well knows. If Hamas and the PA have as their charter, their reason for being, the subservience of all to the will of Islam then any other system of belief will be rigorously stamped out. Islam above all else is a viewpoint that does not allow for tolerance of anyone or anything that stands against it. Again, peace through negotiation becomes an impossibility.
