intoleranceReader comment on item: "Moslem States Represent a Potential Threat to World Peace" Submitted by williamquietbear (United States), Feb 10, 2009 at 02:03 It is intolerance and hatred that poses the greatest threat to world peace. Through the ages, wiser diplomats including such Americans as Woodrow Wilson in his '14 Points' have understood the inalienable right of each and every Nation and country to "self-determination," National sovereignty and the right to their own cultural identity. Our problem with not only Islamic Nations but all Nations on this Earth is our transparent desire to remake the world in our own image; to impose our values upon distant and foreign lands. Americans would revolt without hesitation were another "Super-Power" to impose its will upon us as we have done upon other countries, nations and republics. Bigotry is the disease of ignorance..."
