Kids need a global perspective

You are the lone voice because you are being an isolationist. We use that book too at our middle school and I feel our kids need to have a global perspective and learn a little about all the world religions. Islamic architecture is just one of the cool things the books talks about. Lets widen our kids minds not narrow them!
