Why is CAIR suing Anti-CAIR

Will CAIR be suing Jay Severin next?

My guess is that CAIR is attempting to use our judicial system to censor those who expose their true intentions. I hope that Mr. Whitehead's legal team will request video tape depositions of every executive member of CAIR. I know I'd love to watch them squirm.
