I am offended by your comment of is rape alright and slavery isn't. My case was overturned on appeal and set 8-new laws in North Carolina. I guess, your ignorance blinded you from the truth. I was the first All-American quarterback to ever go to that school. I just so happen to be a black man. Do your research and see for yourself. The State of North Carolina rewrote most of their laws but that is not known because they wanted to justify what was done and did not want to inflame racial tensions. I recalled every major Civil Rights organization and others groups came to my defense. I came before the McNabbs, Vicks and Culpeppers. I personally thinks I was better than them all. I was a World-Class sprinter at 15-years old but I did not like track, I was All-American in basketball in the 9th grade, I used to throw a baseball in the 95+ range. I think I could have played pro in all of them. Y

es, I am the Moorman (blackman) that was railroaded and it holds true to form about America and its racist ideology. That story needs to be a book and movie. I have had tremendous support by organizations who are not in agreement with that short sighted ideology. My case was taught in many law schools. I was one of the first cases on court TV. It was alot of evidence in my case that was suppressed. The NCAA gave me all of my eligibility back. The University paid millions of dollars for my defense. A survey was taken by the school on the students and 95% of the students sided with me. I was never dismissed or kick out of school some kind of rape huh. Judge Bailey was the judge in the case and was known as one of the hanginess judges in the country look up Time magazine. I was his last case before he retired. He know he was wrong that's why he came back and testified for me. This was one of the most incredible stories that the press suppressed the truth. See, this person still think I was convicted and that was it. That was the beginning. I have been getting the stiff eventhough, I don't have felonious criminal record. I was still picked to be the steal of the NFL draft by most organization. I was invited to the Atlanta Braves. I had enough with sports about that time. I feel I was one of the Worlds best athletes period. 4.2 forty with 45-inch verticle leap is hard to deny. But look at the rise of NCSU, it all happen after I signed and went around the country and got the best athletes they were 3-8 when I went there. Look at Marshall University after I left and look what they did after I left. They had my playbook and they saw first hand how to deal with adversary and excel. That playbook crowned 4-National Championships. Look at Oregon State they were 1-9 when I went there. I showed them the hard work and toughness it took to win with practice work ethic like the game. Go and ask almost anybody that know, coached or played with me and they will say he was one of the greatest athletes they have ever seen. I had a 3.0 GPA in college. It is only the Morons like that comment "Is rape alright, and slavery isn't" that stop America from reaching it true potential. Also you might want to ask a rapist or an enslaver. I have no knowledge of either. The only person I know was raped was Percy Moorman and that is typical of racist America.
