The Morality of WarReader comment on item: Have Israelis Finally Learned the Strategic Value of Territory? Submitted by Ralph C Whaley MD (United States), Jan 5, 2009 at 08:17 The moral is the pro life. The immoral is the anti life. In this war Israel is an innocent victim whose people seek to live free, prosper and be happy, eager to cooperate and trade with all who have similar objectives. They mooved into vacant desolate lands in 1948 and made the dessert bloom with farms, factories and institutions of knowledge and modern tachnology. The Arabs in contrast sulked and hating such success dedicated themselves to destroying the successful. The muslim Arab attackers openly declare their objective, the total destruction of Israel and make no efforts to protect even their own so called innocents. Israel is the innocent victim of those who not only seek but worship death. The rational response of Israel must be the use of all the force it can muster to destroy totally the capability and the will of those dedicated to Israel's destruction to continue the fight. Nothing less will protect Israel. The current puny hesitant military response can only lead to the eventual total destruction of Israel.
