Actually, if you look you'll see my first in this thread was a new comment to supplement the article. It wasn't in response to any of your comments. And no appologies necessary. I'm glad to know you are a regular poster, though since I'm not familiar with your material it's likely that since we are on the same page on this, we're liable to duplicate each other on occaision.
