Q for Mr Pipes and Mr Herz: Doesn't our Bible approve Polygamy?

I thought the POLYGAMY was the commonplace of the Christian and Jewish (western) civilization.

Didn't Abraham had 3 wives?
Didn't Solomon had 99 wives?

And how about Prophet David?

SO it was our Tradition in the past and we are the ones who moved away from our own traditions, not the Muslims. I belive they are holding the tradition. Aren't they?
