I think we have two levels of implications:

1. The first one is a direct one, b/c shows how swindler-ism, associated with shariah law defenders and dishonest liberals have taken over the establishment AKA not liberty but libertinage....

2. The second one comes in chain rule....What about of Berg wins the lawsuit but nobody takes action towards impeaching Hussayn Obama from being a president?

What about Americans support Hussayn Obama, even though they know from the starting point he got to power through oppression- imperialism support by Arabs and blackmailing the media, not honesty- for what he is not American?

So it would show that to Americans, not even the constitution worth anything else...

That's worse....
