is quite narrow, ... ie, honor killing is not enshrined in Islamic law, and Muslims are not exempt from religious-based tax - see: zakat)
for example, his use of the term "moderate" is not only by default absurd, but a bit general...doesn't he instead mean moderate American Muslim? He would have to for criteria number 2 to be relevant.
Then, as a follow up, I would ask the "expert" to define a moderate Muslim in Egypt or Saudi...or does he infer that moderate Muslims can only be American?
