Break Up of Iraq

Is there any way you can use your powers to break up Iraq into its 3 sections as it was prior to Churchill's meddling? This way the Shiites, Kurds and Bathists can stop killing us and each other. I presume there would still be ways to get "at the oil" for which our government kow tows to Saudi Arabia .....Sincerely Reni Roberts
