One of the most misleading things unbelievers have about the witness of a true disciple is that somehow it is a Christian's responsibility to win a person to Jesus Christ. In the true mission, Christians are only to witness and teach, baptizing in the name of Him who has promised life eternal for faith in the Name of Jesus Christ. A Christian's obligation in this regard is accomplished in the witnessing; it is the Holy Spirit Who accomplishes the process of the new birth in a willing heart. Therein is truth; if someone chooses to not believe, like the Islamic Prophet did after being told the truth about Yeshua HaMashiach, then it is upon the person choosing not to believe that judgment falls. If a Christian, knowing the truth but does not witness it, then as scriptures say, a responsibility occurs for that failure. A disciple of Jesus Christ has no fear of desperation with the Holy Spirit in his or her heart.

There is no need for a true believer in the triune being of the LORD to wonder, nor to speculate, on how such a thing could be, for the Holy Bible is replete with the necessary 'doctrine' that witnesses how a 'man from Nazareth' could be the Anointed One of Israel. The people of Herod's time knew exactly what the scriptures meant when a King was to born to the children of Israel. And if that did not seem real enough, try explaining that to the spirits of the mothers who children were slaughtered in Bethlehem, and would not be comforted, because their children were killed for the sake of Herod's paranoia in his desire to destroy HaMashiach.

It is interesting that one might refer to the unbelief of the Jewish heritage, and still try and use it to make an argument of corruption. Look, the Jewish rulers of the time did not believe that Jesus was their Savior, anymore than the current Jewish leadership if this time. So, why would they try and corrupt what they did not believe themselves, unless, they were afraid it WAS true, and they needed to make Jesus out a scape goat to salve their consciences for His crucifixion.

The idea of the Holy Bible having contradictions is ages old, arguments of former scholars who did not believe either, much like the Jesus Seminar of today. But if it is recognized that the prophecies of Yeshua HaMashiach are resident in the Holy Bible, and the Brit Hadassah carries the majority of the fulfillments, such as found in Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, then we must understand that those who would try and find fault with those resources do so because they have decided not to believe, if for no other reason than human logic cannot make any sense of Heavenly things.

I have no comment for the Quranic/Islamic recitations, other than it is curious how much of it echos the Roman Catholic 'dogma' of the time of the Islamic Prophet. And maybe that is why the Islamic Prophet rejected the Roman (then the prevalent form of the religion at that time) version of Christianity, for it followed the time after the Jews were blamed for Yeshua's crucifixion and Christianity had been through some of its purges of Judaic influences. Maybe this is why the Roman Catholic Church allows for an ecumenical dialogue today (complete with apologies to the Jews) in its attempts to allay a complete infusion of Islam in western societies. Maybe, that is the desperation of dogmatic inaccuracies you allude to, for a true disciple can discern what the Holy Spirit is saying in the Holy Bible, and there is no such desperation in that kind of faith.
