you cant even get the broadest historical concepts in an accurate chronology. There were no secularists when imperialism covered the globe.

there is a remote possibility that Muslims and Christians may have lived in peace if the burgeoning islamic empire hadnt invaded the byzantine empire, imposing the jizya and plundering wealth and taking slaves for extravagent 'material gain'
