Yoram does spell his intentions...In my opinion....

Why Yoram Criticizes Dr. Pipes?

It came to my mind that to criticize Dr. Pipes, whose works ARE already a landmark in history, is a pattern perpetuated by distinct types of "people".

  1. We have the so called Richard Silverstein: a self proclaimed guru and leader whose "call" is to "Letaken ET HaOlam" through Tikun Olam Org ("to fix up" the world, or to better it off through what he considers kindness through his views and HIS act of kindness). His Web Site is a total mess, he carries low profile in dealing with emotional conflicts…I could say much more, but the main point is: To Criticize Dr. Pipes is an easy and un-expensive vehicle of propaganda of his. For example: I never heard about IT before Dr. Pipes posting his reply to this "Ode to stupidity (My words) of Richard". Leftists that do not know him would eventually contribute to IT by knowing him through Danielpipes.org...So to criticize Dr. Pipes is a scream of "I'm here folks..."....
  1. Then we have Ebrahim Eboo Patel that in my opinion even took too long to denigrate Dr. Pipes (a must opportunity that showed how Patel's PHD sounded as phony even going to his Blog).

Does Patel need money or support? NO.

So, why he criticized Dr. Pipes? Because….Ebrahim Eboo Patel is part of CAIR and MSA gang and to comply with internal code, to denigrate Dr. Pipes is imperative. It is an action necessary to satisfy the fraternity. A blood pact....

3.

Then we have Yoram Schweitzer.

As Dr. Pipes posted on Samir Kuntar and the Last Laugh:

"…Schweitzer does not spell out the logic behind his resentment, but it rings familiar: Unless a person lives in Israel, the argument goes, pays its taxes, puts himself at risk in its streets, and has children in its armed forces, he should not second-guess Israeli decisionmaking."…

Why a man that is "right wing", pro Israel, makes brilliant reports about Al Qaeda and Hizballah, has decades of experience at the Military, is for to say a defender of the State of Israel, in other words as belonging to most of this site readers group…Why would such a man criticize so baselessly Dr. Pipes? ON PUBLIC.

I happened to read his Not That Bad a Deal several times, and found a couple of no senses...One for example is "…the government and public have the right to decide for themselves to which of the conflicting principles and values that arise in blackmail situations they will adhere, and to shoulder the resulting price."..

Although it is true, Yoram fail on purpose or not to show at this point that most people in Israel has been against and disgusted by The government for quite a long so the Gvn't decision not necessarily cluster with the Israeli People opinion, therefore to put all in the same bag (paragraph) as if we are all united and unison, is a fallacy. The idea of as if Dr. Pipes indoctrinating is ridiculous too….And…I could go on and on…

Then Yoram rectifies some of his statements as a result of perhaps…The backlash of the public…..As if loosing popularity….The circus man dealing with 6 balls...here and there…BUT, Again he appears on Jerusalem Post......As apologizing, but criticizing again, in a hope Dr. Pipes will perpetuate Ad Infinitum his responses....

Why Yoram a defender of Israel criticizes Daniel Pipes and not an Islamist Blog?

Since we are on the same side wouldn't have been easier to simply e-mail Dr. Pipes and expose his ideas, so Dr. Pipes could amend to his Web Log to avoid misunderstanding?

There we go….To me, Schweitzer does not spell out the logic behind his resentment but spells out his true intentions…

He knew Dr. Pipes would interpret as an AIPAC modus as the "ringing"....

Very simple: It is called propaganda…self propaganda….

Left wing will not give a damn...Right wings will read and criticize without scrutiny...Right wings more curiouss will go further and KNOW about the good standard service he may/may not provide...the Labat Consulting company.

Dr. Pipes Web Site has high traffic...What a good vehicle for self promotion?

Do not believe me…..call me nuts….Go to the following link and navigate through LABAT,

"…LABAT Strategic Consulting was established in response to a growing demand of private companies and civil organizations as well as official law enforcement establishments seeking ways to counter the challenge of the rapidly growing threat of terrorism in many countries throughout the world where terrorism threatens every aspect of life."…

"…LABAT Strategic Consulting provides consultation for the media and the movie industry on terror related topics, documentaries and scripts"….

"…LABAT was established by Mr. Schweitzer…. Mr. Schweitzer is former high ranking official in the Israeli intelligence community, and (former) consultant to the Prime Minister's office."….

Lectures all over the world, including South America....Wow.....

Today, it looks like consulting is the meat of Yoram....Or better saying, the bread....Why not promote it...Now governments that praise Dr. Pipes for his 40 (FORTY) years of outstanding work and take his Web Site as a reference...Now they also know about Yoram...Why not? You know...Yoram may disagree to Dr. Pipes, BUT he also may be interesting as a consultant to them !
