Ancient Assyrians were also known for their bullying/taunting to forcibly intimidate those they intended to conquer--in order to avoid spilling their own blood (see Isaiah 36:1-37:38, 2 Kings 18:13-19:37, 2 Chron 32:1-21) in the conquest.

Plus, Muslims also blame non-Muslims for their own internal strife (which, FYI, started when dirt was placed on their founding goonda).
