Usually i agree with you but right now i have to say that ... this time I do not. "Democrats" are NOT against a war on terror, we want that war on terror to be carried out in the most effective manner.
it is true that previous administrations did absolutely nothing to recognize and counter the rising extremism in the muslim world. but then our state department , in my opinion, has usually been remiss if not intentionally disengenuous for just as long as i can remember.
you are not doing the country a service when you ...criticize the democratic party quoting george soros, john kerry (who was speaking i believe about the iraq war, which as you well know has nothing to do with al qaeda) or howard dean (personally i don't like that man) to paint all democrats with one brush would be like saying that all republicans share the views of tom delay, trent lott or any other of the "over the top crowd".
certainly the democrats are not a monolithic block, any more than the republicans? ...
