"...mildly stunned...," is an undestatement. Especially if you consider the Obama search, alone, I'm floored. This is akin to the "any press is good press, just make sure they spell the name right," argument. To have one's opponents driving traffic to such an astounding degree has to be both stunning, then puzzling. Is it possible that this is simply a numerical result of a great big world of traffic being accurately weighted? Possibly. Is it perhaps more likely that this is an artifact of what we biologists call "search image"? What are their web crawlers looking for that yield results like this. Just fascinating. Congratulations, I think.
