Obama on IsraelReader comment on item: Obama vs. McCain on the Middle East Submitted by R Hyman (United States), Jun 5, 2008 at 09:52 Though Obama may have been influenced by Jewish persons, the question which immediately comes to mind is "who?" What are their names? What did they believe? Were they secular progressive, super liberal, and anti nationalists? Did they believe that Israel should go back to a pre 67 borders? Moreover, considering his Twenty-plus years involvement with the philosophy of Black Liberation Theology and Rev. Wright (neither of which are any friends of the Jewish people nor of Israel), why should anyone believe his words? The man's speaks like a character taken from a novel of George Orwell--double think and new speak fill the air when his mouth opens!.
