Today's Neturei Karta are descendants of those who - for Torah reasons - were "cut off" from Am Yisrael, who bear an ancient grudge, and who continue to teach their children and their children's children to love and help the enemies of Israel. They are the "Cut-off Remnants", NOT "Guardians of the City",
