When push comes...

A Nazi, is a Nazi, is a Nazi; but there well may be varying degrees of Moslems. ... when push comes to shove, ALL Moslems will join in the war to wipe infidels off the face of the earth (as commanded in the kuran), thus bringing about the glorious victory of their non-existent allah.

Scholars may argue over the nuances; but the common man does not take much note of that — he simply follows his gut reaction. My country — right or wrong; and my religion — right or wrong!
