Well said donvan.

I'm sitting here watching two phenomenal sporting events. The Masters golf tournament in Augusta, GA, USA and the Ironman (yes women participate also) in Tampa Bay, FL, USA. What a celebration of the spirit of humanity. Where all nationalities are welcomed and celebrated. Ok - so you have to be a man and invited to play in the Masters. The women have their tournaments also. Please ladies, let us boys have our clubs. But look who has played, conquered and relished this golf tournament - South Africa, Japan, UK, Australia, Mexico - forgive me for leaving out anyone. And the ironman - what a challenge to the physical being of humanity.

Now let's look at the Middle east. Does anyone from the ME participate? Does the ME invite the west to join their cultural events and sporting events? Could I participate in a football (American soccer) match in the Middle East wearing a Crucifix around my neck? Of course not.

The west celebrates the human passion for excellence, achievement and the spirit of comradeship among teammates.

What does the ME celebrate? DEATH! Does anyone remember the front page of the newspapers after the 9/11 atrocity with the snicker of Arafat clearly visible? I do.

The ME is content to pursue its path to martyrdom. We here in the West are accomodating people. We intend to help you achieve your goals. Remember the adage, "Be careful what you wish for, it just may come true."

So, to the ME. Accept the responsibility. Choose a leader and become the best you can be without murdering the rest of us. Your alternative is obliteration.

And that alternative can and will become reality if you ignore us.
