like adolescents

Keep up the good work, my muslim friends, you are just showing the whole world that your religion, is so out of touch with reality, it's almost comical ... I don't adhere to any orgainized religion myself, and could care less about who, or what my neighbor pray's too !!! It could be jesus, allah,buddha or slim jim, why would i care, why waste my time on people who are afraid to cross the street unless they say a prayer, before they do.

I was brought up in a very strict catholic family, where my father would have all all of my sisters and brothers kneel around the master bed and say the rosary every single night, while we listened to Cardinal Cushing from Boston recite it over and over !!! By the way, my father could barely put food on the table, but kept getting my mother pregnant every 11 months or so until our numbers reached 17, not including my parents !!! But my father never wavered, he said the lord will provide, funny thing though he never did provide much, and my mother and some of my sisters and brothers, where born with some sort of a disability or another !!! My mother, being a good but, sickly person died at 43 yrs old after having given birth to the last one of us ,a boy.

One day i woke and said this is insane, gave up religion, and started to think for myself ! Do I believe in a higher power, absolutely 100%, but my power tells me not, to judge anyone for any reason, and treat others they way, i want to be treated....This is with kindness, dignity, and love not hate, that's what Islam should do, go about it's own business and leave other people to believe in whatever they want !!! If islam continues to act like a spoiled child, it will be treated as such, and eventually the strap will be taken out of the closet and the spanking will begin !!!! I have forgiven my parents for their inability to think for themselves, islam should do the same.....
