What's good for the goose is good for the ganderReader comment on item: An International Law to Respect Religion? Submitted by Rachel Garber (United States), Mar 24, 2008 at 22:04 It's amazing that they want special protection to suppress public anti-Islamic sentiments, yet they are past masters of ridiculing and demonizing Judaism. They mention Buddhism, Qadianism and Baha'ism as religions that they would have to tolerate, and may have to facilitate establishing places of worship for them in Muslim countries. They fail to mention that it is already illegal to build a church or synagogue in Saudi Arabia, and they spend much time demonizing Judaism, and have very little respect for Christianity. Heavens, you mean we can't make it illegal to suppress public anti-Islamic sentiments without making it illegal to ridicule Judaism. Some people are always out for special treatment. Thanks be to HaShem, that they realized the stupidity of their request, regardless of how they came to that realization.
