Peace Moors, The researched information that I have come across explained that the Moors head/Corsican Head was placed there after the Moors were defeated and pushed out of Spain, France and Portugal. Search: Moorish Flags and Moorish Coat of Arms. These two sites will display many flags, coats of arms, and seals of the Moors. Then you can search: Historical Moorish flags and that will pull up some the of the Historical flags of Morocco, which contains the 6 pt Staf and Cresent Seal on the Flag. Nanya Sa'ad EL may know what I am referring to. Peace/Salaam/Shalom/Hotepu
