Overthrowing them haphazardly creates anarchy: we cannot create a democracy spontaneously out of a dictatorship in most cases. Certain circumstances must exist. We are seeing this now in Iraq, as hope for democracy becomes ever slimmer and as it begins to look more like Viet Nam.Bush is a radical anarchist.
