Crazy??? You? Not a chance!

I hear about this more and more. It's called "date rape", but it's just surprising that your HUSBAND would need to do that.

The green card thing happens a lot, and I feel bad for you, but I have to say (even if it makes you hate me) that this is EXACTLY what happens when you date someone for LOOKS.

Why does this happen to so many Western women? Because they date for looks, charm, ect. NOT for common philosphy (ie religion). Muslims and Non-Muslims are often discouraged from dating one other from inside thier own communities for EXACTLY the same reasons you encountered.

Now, I know that seems a little harsh, and I know what's like to be used for money and stuff, but for a so-called educated society, we sure are making some bone-headed individual mistakes.

I'm glad you shared that with us, and these stories need to get heard.
