is an attempt by the arab bloc to have Israel removed as the presenter of the draft, and have it presented instead, by the committee chair. That way, the arab bloc could adopt it, without appearing to agree with anything related to Israel.

This fact, more than any of Mansour's mumbo-jumbo emphasizes "the divisions between Israel and the Arab countries".
