I personally know Nadir, he suffers from a mental illness. Lea was a beautiful, intelligent, Jewish medical student. Nadir and Lea knew eachother from medical school. Nadir suffered from a mental illness which was misdiagnosed, the medication he was given made his illusions worse. He sought for medical care often but his HMO gave him the minimal care and now a beautiful women is dead and Nadir is in jail for life.
