God laughs at the nations:Psalm 2
Reader comment on item: Did Divine Intervention Fell Ariel Sharon?

I have no doubt that it was God who removed Ariel Sharon. As an Evangelical Christian i know that nothing can happen to me that doesn't pass before God first. I also know that when He allows trials in my life or "evil tidings" that He will see me through and turn everything to my benefit in Christ Jesus, good or bad. Jesus said to his followers, " Are not two sparrows sold for a penny and yet not one will fall to the ground without the knowledge of your Heavenly Father. But even the hairs of your head are all numbered. So do not fear, you are worth more than many sparrows.

" The unbelieving world, including many Jews, deny sovereign God, the Creator and God of Israel the right to allot the land of Israel to the people of Israel in perpetuity. But God has sworn that for the sake of his covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob that the undivided land of Israel is the inheritance of the people called Israel forever. Further, the Messiah, as Son of David, will reign over the non-Jewish nations from Jerusalem and in Him the Gentiles will trust for He is the Desire of the Nations. God is using Israel the land to bring the nations into judgement prior to his reign on earth. Satan, on the other hand wants to eliminate every Jew from the face of the earth so that all of God's prophesies concerning The Land and The People of Israel will fail proving God to be a liar and unworthy of trust in His Word.

So we see titanic warfare in spiritual realms reflected in these same realms on earth among the people of earth, Jew and non-Jew. Each person is deciding his or her own eternal destiny by choices made. "But to him who does not work(to merit God's favor) but believes on Him (Jesus Christ) who justifies the ungodly, that person's faith is accounted for righteousness ( as was Abraham's faith accounted for righteousness without circumcision and without the Mosaic Law delivered over 400 years later)." Romans Chapter 4 verse 5. We are Justified before God by faith alone through Grace alone (the undeserved favor of God) in Messiah's work on the cross in 30 A.D.
