...if even 5% of Muslims were found to be of questionable loyalty and involved in terrorism, I say investigate the whole lot!

And she is talking of a figure close to 25%. If even ONE Jew were found guilty of terrorism, it would not take the Isalmic world very long to paint every Jew with the same brush. No doubt they would even get a UN Resolution passed within 24 hours -just look at the Resolution passed in favour of arch-terrorist, murdererand Muslim Arafat.
