I congratulate you Mr.Pipes for understanding and diagnosing the true nature of AKP.Unfortunately AKP was able to fool EU and the USA believing that they really wanted democracy in Turkey,in reality what they were doing was pacification of the defender of secularism in Turkey-Turkish Armed Forces.

They have gained significant ground with the help of USA and EU in turning Turkey's route back to East while pretending that they wanted to join EU.But everyone and especially AKP should be aware that the Turkish people will defend the Republic and her values established by Kemal Ataturk.
