Maybe not the end of globalizationReader comment on item: The Unthinkable Consequences of an Iran-Israel Nuclear Exchange Submitted by Kafir (United States), Dec 4, 2007 at 20:48 I'm of the opinion that Ferdinand and Isabella commissioned Columbus to seek a new route to the far east specifically to avoid dealing with Muslims. If the ME blows itself to smithereens, it will free up money that was to be spent securing ourselves from them to be used to innovate a way to live without oil. Honda will have a hydrogen fuel cell vehicle on showroom floors next year. In the absence of ME oil, the demand for such vehicles will go through the roof and that will put an end to the need for oil. Globalization can continue.
