Blast from the past (well the 80's)

Interesting i believe Rabbi Meir kahane made a similar point on various occasions. Rabbi Kahane focused on the Demographic and political by which the jewish state may be dismantled. I wonder if Daniel Pipes' solution is different from Meir Kahane's? Is there a 'just' solution to this problem?
